Yes — our Stealth Plates use electrochromic blackout film that turns completely opaque in under 0.2 milliseconds. Unlike traditional stealth license plate flippers or covers, there's no motor or movement involved. Just press the button and your plate disappears from sight.

How does the Stealth Plate cover Work?

The plate uses a wireless remote to activate a special film layer that blocks visibility. No motors or moving parts — just a clean, reliable blackout at the press of a button.

Are Stealth Plates illegal?

Stealth Plates are not legal for street use in most areas. They're intended strictly for off-road, show, or private property use. Always check your local laws before using your privacy plate on public roads. Buyer assumes all responsibility.

What is a Vanish Plate?

"Vanish Plate" is just another name for a Stealth License Plate Cover. Ours is built with durable acrylic, fits all standard plate sizes, and switches modes with a wireless remote.

How do you install the Stealth Plate?

Installation takes about 15–20 minutes. We include a wiring harness, fuse tap, LED status light, and install guide. It works on cars, trucks, and motorcycles with minimal tools.

Does it work with toll cameras or speeding cameras?

Our plate turns fully opaque, designed to block visibility from all angles, including ALPRs and speed traps. For legal reasons, we emphasize it's for off-road and show use only.

Will the plate still be visible when off?

Yes — when turned off, the plate is 83% transparent, meaning it looks nearly crystal clear. It's perfect for everyday driving and doesn’t attract attention like a flipper.
