Read this before sending an email

To qualify for a warranty claim on missing or defective items, you must record a video of yourself opening the package. The video must clearly show the unopened box, the unboxing process, and the issue as soon as the product is revealed.

Do not install the product or take it to a shop before verifying that everything works properly. Many damages happen during installation by third parties, which we cannot be held responsible for.

We inspect and test every item before shipping to ensure it’s in perfect working condition. The only acceptable proof of a defective product is a clear unboxing video taken upon delivery.
